Xendit gateway fees are not included — you pay Xendit directly at the published rate for each method (QRIS 0.7%, VA flat Rp 4,000/transaction, card 2.9% + Rp 2,000). Plugipay doesn't markup. If Xendit lowers their rate tomorrow, you see it immediately.
What you don't pay for.
- Not percent-of-revenue. We don't take 0.75% or 1% of your MRR. Flat monthly fee, thin platform fee on gateway volume.
- Not an MoR. You own the customer contract. We're not a merchant of record — invoices are billed under your name.
- No gateway markup. The QRIS/VA/card rate you get from Xendit is what you pay — we don't take a spread.
- No 14-day trial that suddenly charges on day 15. Starter is free forever until your GMV crosses Rp 20M/month.
