Creating a Plugipay account takes about a minute. You'll go through Huudis — our shared identity provider — and end up with a Huudis identity that works across every Forjio product.

If you're already signed up for any Forjio product (Storlaunch, Fulkruma, LinkSnap, Ripllo, Pawpado, Catentio, or Plugipay), you don't need to sign up again — just go to Sign in and use your existing email and password.

The flow

  1. Plugipay landing page — click Get started.
  2. Huudis sign-up form — enter email + password (or click Google/Apple).
  3. Verification email — we send a one-time link.
  4. Welcome workspace — Plugipay creates your first workspace and lands you in the dashboard.

The flow takes about 60 seconds end-to-end, mostly waiting on the verification email.

Step-by-step

1. Click Get started

The Get started button is everywhere on plugipay.com — the top nav, the hero, the pricing page. Any of them sends you to plugipay.com/signup, where you'll see three options:

  • Continue with email — we'll cover this path.
  • Continue with Google — instant if Google OAuth is configured (see Social providers).
  • Continue with Apple — same condition.

The social options skip the password creation step. They're faster but tie your account to that provider — you can add a password later in Settings → Security.

2. Enter email and password

You're now on huudis.com. The form asks for:

  • Email — this is your login. Use one you'll keep access to long-term.
  • Password — minimum 10 characters. We don't impose specific complexity rules — long passphrases beat short complex ones.

Use a password manager. Generate a random 16+ character password and let the manager store it. You'll never type it again.

By creating an account, you agree to Plugipay's Terms and Privacy Policy. Both are short and worth a read.

Click Create account. Huudis creates the identity record and sends a verification email.

3. Verify your email

Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@huudis.com. Subject: "Verify your email for Forjio."

The email contains a link. Click it. It opens huudis.com/verify-email?token=… and marks your email as verified.

The link expires in 24 hours. If you don't click it in time, head back to the sign-in screen and click Resend verification.

Don't see the email? Check spam. If it's not there after 5 minutes, the most common cause is a corporate spam filter blocking the sender. Try a personal email address (gmail, fastmail, etc.) or whitelist @huudis.com with your IT team.

4. Land in your workspace

Once verified, sign in (Plugipay shows the sign-in form on the verification success page). Plugipay creates your first workspace for you — named after the email's local part by default (e.g., "alice@example.com" becomes the workspace "alice"). You can rename it any time.

You land in the dashboard at /dashboard. From here you can:

Sign up with Google or Apple

If the Google or Apple buttons are showing on the sign-up screen, the flow is shorter:

  1. Click Continue with Google (or Continue with Apple).
  2. You're sent to Google/Apple's auth screen. Sign in there.
  3. You consent to Plugipay seeing your email and name.
  4. You're redirected back to plugipay.com, already verified (the social provider attested your email).
  5. Plugipay creates your workspace and drops you in the dashboard.

No password is set initially. If you want to add one (so you can sign in with email too), go to Settings → Security → Set password.

If the Google/Apple buttons aren't showing, the social provider isn't configured on the Huudis instance. Use email instead. See Social providers for context.

Multiple workspaces

You can be a member of as many workspaces as you want. Common patterns:

  • Your own — the workspace created when you signed up.
  • Your employer's — created by a teammate who invited you.
  • A side project — create another via Dashboard → Workspace switcher → Create new.

Each workspace is fully isolated. Customers, payments, API keys, webhooks, team members — nothing crosses between them. Switch with the top-left workspace switcher in the dashboard.

Joining an existing workspace

If you're joining a teammate's workspace, they need to invite you first. The invite flow:

  1. They go to Settings → Team → Invite member.
  2. They enter your email and a role (Admin, Member, Read-only).
  3. You get an email from no-reply@huudis.com with a link.
  4. Clicking the link signs you up (or signs you in if you already have a Huudis account) and adds you to the workspace.

You can be in multiple workspaces with different roles — admin in your own, read-only in someone else's, etc.

Common errors

"Email already in use"

Someone has already signed up with this email — possibly you. Try Sign in. If you don't remember a password, use Forgot password.

If you genuinely didn't sign up, someone else used your email by mistake. Email hello@plugipay.com from that email address and we'll sort it out.

"Password too short"

Minimum is 10 characters. Long passphrases like "purple-llama-eats-spicy-tofu" are fine and easier to remember than Tr0ub4dor&3.

"Email failed to send"

This is rare but can happen if our email provider has a transient hiccup. Click Resend after a minute. If it persists, email hello@plugipay.com from a different address.

"Captcha failed"

For abuse prevention we run a captcha on new sign-ups from networks we don't recognize. If it fails repeatedly, try a different network (e.g., your phone's data instead of a VPN).

What happens to your data

Plugipay stores:

  • The email and Huudis user ID Huudis hands us on sign-up.
  • The workspace you create.
  • An audit log of sign-in events on this workspace.

Plugipay does not store your password — that's Huudis's job. Plugipay does not access your email beyond the sign-in events.

To delete your account, go to Settings → Security → Delete account. This wipes your Plugipay data and removes your Huudis identity (which signs you out of every Forjio product).
